Unlink your external accounts from SGFinDex with Singpass using digibank mobile.

  • Please note that government accounts from CPF, IRAS and HDB cannot be unlinked

How to unlink Financial Institution from SGFinDex via digibank mobile​

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on Plan.

Under Net Worth, tap on Manage to access Setting page​.

Tap on Link or unlink other banks to access SGFinDex platform​.

Tap on the Singpass QR code to login.

On the SGFinDex platform, tap on See all under Active connections section​.

Tap on Edit and select the X icon next to the FI you choose to unlink. Confirm by tapping on Yes, disconnect button.

A success banner will appear. Tap on the back arrow to return to homepage.

Tap on Return to Financial app.

Scroll to the bottom and tap on I agree.

Return to DBS digibank mobile and complete date sync.
