Unlink your financial data via SGFinDex

Unlink your external accounts from SGFinDex easily with Singpass.

Important information

  • Government accounts from CPF, IRAS and HDB cannot be unlinked.

How to unlink your financial data via SGFinDex

There are various channels which you may unlink your financial data via SGFinDex. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap on digiWealth at the bottom and under Net Worth, tap on Manage​.

Tap on Link or unlink other banks to access SGFinDex platform​.

Tap on the Singpass QR code to login.

On your SGFinDex platform, tap See All under Active connections

Tap on Edit and select the X icon next to the FI you wish to unlink. Tap on Yes, disconnect to confirm.

A success banner will appear. Tap on the back arrow to return to homepage.

Tap on Return to Financial app.

Scroll to the bottom and tap on I agree.

Return to DBS digibank mobile and tap on View.

The summary of your synced accounts from SGFinDex will be shown.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click digiWealth at the left panel and under Net Worth, click Manage.

Click Manage under Link or unlink accounts

Scan the Singpass QR code to continue.

Click See all under Active connections

Click Edit and select the X icon next to the FI you wish to unlink. Click on Yes, disconnect to confirm.

A success banner will appear. Click the back arrow to return to homepage.

Click on Return to Financial app.

Scroll to the bottom and click on I agree.

Return to digibank online and click on View.
