- Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
- Under Apply, click More Application Services.
- Click on View Application Status under the heading Investments Application
- If you see that your account current status is Pending, we have received your application and it is currently being processed.
- If you see that your account current status is Processed, check your letterbox. You will receive a welcome letter and pin mailer mailed separately to your address upon a successful opening.

- Check your email (also the junk/spam folder) to see if you received an email from DBS Vickers. There might be times that we would need to clarify with you some details on your application over email.
