Update Investment Objectives Setting (IOS), and Investment Knowledge and Experience (IKE) on DBS digibank

Learn how you can update your IOS and IKE online.

Important information

IOS/IKE renewal services are available online for Single and Joint Accounts.
You will receive alert notifications 60 days prior to and on the day following your IOS expiry date. There will also be alerts during the IOS renewal flow.

How to update IOS/IKE on DBS digibank

You may update IOS/IKE either via digibank Online or digibank Mobile.

digibank Online

Step 1
Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Select Wealth Management from the top menu. Under the Request tab, select Update Investment Profile.

Step 3
Select the Wealth Portfolio you wish to renew and click Update.

Step 4
You can choose to View My Current Profile (review existing profile only) or to proceed directly to either Keep My Current Profile (renew without change to existing profile) or Proceed to Update (renew with changes to profile).

Step 5
After the Investment Profile renewal request has been submitted, click Next Step: Update IKE.

Step 6
You can choose to View My Current IKE (review existing IKE only) or to proceed directly to either Keep My Current IKE (renew without change to existing IKE) or Proceed to Update (renew with changes to IKE).

Step 7
After the IKE renewal request has been processed, you can click on Check Status.

Note:

For Joint Accounts, the rest of the joint account holders will be notified to acknowledge Agree/Disagree to the IOS renewal details.

Not yet a digibank user?

For customers with ATM/Debit/Credit Card

digibank Mobile

Click on the steps to view screens

Step 1
Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Go to the Invest tab at the bottom of the screen, under Investment Account Management select Your Investment Profile & Equity Trading Eligibility.

Step 3
In the Investment Profile panel, tap on Update.

Step 4
You can choose to View My Current Profile (review existing profile only) or to proceed directly to either Proceed to Update (renew with changes to profile) or Keep My Current Profile (renew without change to existing profile).

Step 5
After the Investment Profile renewal request has been submitted, tap Next Step: Update IKE.

Step 6
You can choose to View My Current IKE (review existing IKE only) or to proceed directly to either Proceed to Update (renew with changes to IKE) or Keep My Current IKE (renew without change to existing IKE).

Step 7
After the IKE renewal request has been processed, you can tap on Check Status.

Note:
