How to redeem funds online

There are various channels which you may redeem funds with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on Invest at the bottom navigation and select Funds.

Under Holdings, tap on Sell from the specific funds you wish to sell.

Enter the Number or the Percentage of units to sell. The total value (indicative) will be automatically calculated. Tap Next.

Verify your details and tap on Submit to confirm your redemption request.

When your application is submitted, you will receive further updates via email and/or SMS.
