SIM S. LIM
Group Head of Consumer Banking Group & Wealth Management
Sim is responsible for leading DBS' group consumer banking and wealth management business, following his appointment to the role on 1 January 2019. Prior to this, he spent eight years as DBS' first country head with dedicated oversight for Singapore, during which he focused on delivering greater synergy and value across the bank's Singapore franchise.
During his international banking career, Sim held a wide variety of roles spanning Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, New York, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong & Singapore. In 2007/2008, he was Citigroup Country Officer, Hong Kong and also served as Chairman of Citibank Hong Kong Limited. During his tenure, he managed the Citigroup Hong Kong country franchise, including developing the strategy for Hong Kong's markets and banking franchise, and providing support to the consumer and wealth management businesses. Between October 2003 and March 2007, Sim was Regional Head of Emerging Markets Sales and Trading for the Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore. He was responsible for all sales and trading in foreign exchange, local currency derivatives & money markets, fixed income trading & origination in the 13 markets across Asia Pacific. During this period, he was also the non-executive Chairman of Citibank Berhad Malaysia.
Sim is also presently Chairman of DBS Vickers Securities Holdings Pte Ltd. He was appointed Chairman of Singapore Land Authority in August 2014 and also sits on the Board of Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd. in Japan, and on the Board of ST Engineering. He has also been appointed as Singapore's High Commissioner (Non-Resident) to the Federal Republic of Nigeria in March 2018.

Hou Wey Fook assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in September 2017. He leads a team of investment strategists and communications specialists within the CIO office, to establish and curate DBS’s recommended investment strategies.
Wey Fook has 30 years of fund management experience under his belt. He started his career at Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) followed by OCBC Asset Management. JEREMY SOO HSIAO CHIN

Jeremy Soo joined DBS in 2003 and is currently the Managing Director and Head of DBS Consumer Banking Group in Singapore. Jeremy has direct responsibilities to grow the Singapore consumer banking franchise. He oversees the DBS, POSB, Treasures Priority Banking and business segments, including credit cards, investment, insurance and banking products.
Prior to his current position, Jeremy was the Head of Secured Loans, responsible for DBS Consumer Secured Loans with portfolio covering products relating to mortgages for residential & commercial properties, Auto Loans Financing, Secured Overdrafts and Share Margin Finance. Read More
Jeremy has 20 years of consumer banking and finance experience. Before DBS, he spent 18 years with Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore. He was the key management staff primarily responsible for Consumer Lending. His last appointment was Vice President – Member of the Senior Management Group of Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore.

In 2004, he joined DBS as the Business Director of DBS Treasures International and was in charge of the Malaysia and Greater China desks. He then moved to Standard Chartered Bank in 2010 to head its Offshore Priority Banking business.
Steven returned to DBS to launch DBS Treasures Private Client, where he successfully built the business in 8 short years into the powerhouse it is today.

Brandon Lam joined DBS Bank in 2005 and is currently the Managing Director and Country Head for Financial Solutions Management Group in DBS. In this role, he works closely with insurance companies, asset management companies and investment banks to offer innovative solutions to meet the financial needs of customers.
Brandon has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Choon Kiat joined DBS Bank in 2010 as Head of Treasury and Investment advisory. He started his banking career in Institutional Treasury sales, before moving into the Wealth Management segment with Citibank as a Treasury specialist. Daniel Peh joined DBS Bank in August 2017, as DBS Treasures Offshore Head for North Cluster and Global South Asia Team (GSAT). In his appointment, Daniel leads the DBS Treasures Offshore franchise for key markets such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) segment across South East Asia.
Prior to joining DBS, Daniel was the Head of International Affluent Banking at Australia New Zealand Bank (ANZ), Singapore. He also has extensive knowledge in the affluent and emerging affluent segment for foreign markets. Notably he had spent 3 years at ANZ Bank Vietnam as the Head of Distribution and Branches, in this role he was instrumental in developing the Priority Banking segment focusing on serving the affluent and emerging affluent customers and achieving robust growth for ANZ Vietnam franchise; he was part of a key team that contributed to achieving Best Retail Bank for Vietnam in 2013 by Asian Banker.
