Tan Su Shan

Ms Tan Su Shan joined DBS in June 2010 as Managing Director and Group Head of Wealth Management and added another hat in March 2013 when she was appointed Group Head for Consumer Banking. Most recently in October 2014, Su Shan became the first Singaporean to be recognised as the world’s “Best Leader in Private Banking” by PWM/The Banker, a leading wealth publication by the Financial Times Group. In June 2013, Su Shan was named “Outstanding Private Banker of the Year” by Private Banker International, marking it the first time an Asian has won this global award since its inception 20 years ago.

Prior to joining DBS, Su Shan was Morgan Stanley's Head of Private Wealth Management for Southeast Asia. Before re-joining Morgan Stanley in May 2008, she was Regional Head for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for Citi Private Bank. She was responsible for the private bank's overall business and sat on the board of directors for Citi Trust Singapore. Su Shan was also its Singapore Investment Centre Head. Read More

From 1997 to 2005, Su Shan was Executive Director with Morgan Stanley in Singapore, serving as investment adviser to high net worth families, corporates and institutions in the region.

Su Shan spent eight years in ING Baring Securities in institutional equity sales, working in the key financial hubs of London, Tokyo and Hong Kong before she joined Morgan Stanley the first time.

She is the founder and past president of the Financial Women's Association in Singapore, and a board member of Aetos Security Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. She also sits on the investment committee of MOHH Holdings. In addition, she is the current co-chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Private Banking Advisory Group.

Married with two children, Su Shan is actively involved in fund-raising for various Singaporean charities and sits on the board of Singapore's KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund, which provides financial support to needy patients. She was a past board member of the National Museum and a member of the International Women's Foundation and the Young Presidents Organisation. She is an advisor to the prestigious Raffles Girls Primary School and SJI International School.

Su Shan has a Master of Arts from Oxford University, where she read Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In 2006, she was selected by Citi Private Bank to participate in the Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. In May 2012, she was awarded the Distinguished Financial Industry Competent Professional (FICP) title, which is the highest certification mark for a financial practitioner in Singapore, by the Institute of Banking and Finance. Hou Wey Fook assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in September 2017. He leads a team of investment strategists and communications specialists within the CIO office, to establish and curate DBS’s recommended investment strategies.

Wey Fook has 30 years of fund management experience under his belt. He started his career at Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) followed by OCBC Asset Management. Under his leadership at OCBC Asset Management, he has consistently won the industry’s accolades including “The Best Manager – Mixed Asset Class”. Read More

Before joining DBS, Wey Fook spent 10 years as Managing Director in Bank of Singapore where he held various roles including Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) and Funds.

Jeremy Soo Hsiao Chin

Jeremy Soo joined DBS in 2003 and is currently the Managing Director and Head of DBS Consumer Banking Group in Singapore. Jeremy has direct responsibilities to grow the Singapore consumer banking franchise. He oversees the DBS, POSB, Treasures Priority Banking and business segments, including credit cards, investment, insurance and banking products.

Prior to his current position, Jeremy was the Head of Secured Loans, responsible for DBS Consumer Secured Loans with portfolio covering products relating to mortgages for residential & commercial properties, Auto Loans Financing, Secured Overdrafts and Share Margin Finance. Read More

Jeremy has 20 years of consumer banking and finance experience. Before DBS, he spent 18 years with Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore. He was the key management staff primarily responsible for Consumer Lending. His last appointment was Vice President – Member of the Senior Management Group of Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore.

A Singapore citizen, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Economics) from the University of London. Less

Dorothy Chan

Koh Cheng Hwee is Managing Director and Head of DBS Treasures Singapore where he is responsible for the onshore, offshore and NRI businesses. In his appointment, Cheng Hwee is leading the bank’s efforts to strengthen the wealth management proposition for DBS Treasures in Singapore.

Prior to his current appointment, he was Head of DBS Franchise in Singapore and was instrumental in driving innovation and productivity across the branch distribution network. Under his leadership, DBS was awarded the Singapore Innovation Class Certification in 2013 by SPRING Singapore. The Innovation Class is a certification for business excellence in the innovation space, and identifies organisations that have attained a commendable level of performance in the area of innovation. Cheng Hwee was also awarded the May Day Partnership Award in 2014 for leading the DBS franchise in implementing flexible recruitment policies and enhancing its employees’ work lives through productivity improvements and innovation.

Cheng Hwee started his banking career with DBS Bank in 1996 and has more than 18 years of experience in the consumer banking business, working across different cities like Hong Kong and Jakarta in various functions. Before joining DBS, Cheng Hwee also assumed various senior positions in Standard Chartered Bank and United Overseas Bank.

Cheng Hwee graduated from the National University of Singapore and holds a Masters Degree from University of Strathclyde. Less

Brandon Lam Wei Kiat

Brandon Lam joined DBS Bank in 2005 and is currently the Managing Director and Country Head for Financial Solutions Management Group in DBS. In this role, he works closely with insurance companies, asset management companies and investment banks to offer innovative solutions to meet the financial needs of customers.

Brandon has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining DBS, Brandon worked in various financial institutions including Morgan Stanley Capital International and Lloyds Bank TSB Group in various capacities ranging from research, product development and advisory. Lee Choon Kiat

Choon Kiat joined DBS Bank in 2010 as Head of Treasury and Investment advisory. He started his banking career in Institutional Treasury sales, before moving into the Wealth Management segment with Citibank as a Treasury specialist. Prior to joining DBS, He was holding managerial position in the wealth management division with both Standard Chartered Bank and United Overseas Bank.

Currently, he oversees a team of Treasury and Investment specialists, who provide investment solutions and execution capabilities to our valued clients. He also works closely with the Group Investment and product team to deliver product ideas and solution to meet clients' risk profile and needs. Read More

Joseph Hiu

Joseph Hiu joined DBS Bank in May 2014 as the Head of DBS Treasures Offshore where it caters to the offshore banking needs of affluent individuals that reside within Asia-Pacific. In his appointment, Joseph is leading the bank’s effort to grow the Offshore and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) wealth management business for DBS Treasures franchise in Singapore.

Prior to joining DBS, Joseph was the Head of Customer Acquisition Team for Citibank International Personal Bank and he was responsible for the growing the offshore affluent New-to-bank and Asset Under Management portfolio for Citibank. During his 16-year tenure at Citibank, Joseph has had strong exposure in various roles ranging from sales management, business development and strategic alliances. He also has extensive knowledge in high net worth segments and a good level of market experience in the Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, India, UAE and Bahrain. Daniel Peh

Daniel Peh joined DBS Bank in August 2017, as DBS Treasures Offshore Head for North Cluster and Global South Asia Team (GSAT). In his appointment, Daniel leads the DBS Treasures Offshore franchise for key markets such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) segment across South East Asia.

Prior to joining DBS, Daniel was the Head of International Affluent Banking at Australia New Zealand Bank (ANZ), Singapore. In this role, he was responsible for the growth of the Offshore Distribution Segment which includes driving market share and profitability for ANZ in the Affluent Offshore banking space. Read More

With 15 years’ experience in the banking and wealth management industry, Daniel has had strong and extensive exposure to various roles including frontline sales as both a Relationship Manager and Product specialist, sales management, business management, product and partnership management. He also has extensive knowledge in the affluent and emerging affluent segment for foreign markets. Notably he had spent 3 years at ANZ Bank Vietnam as the Head of Distribution and Branches, in this role he was instrumental in developing the Priority Banking segment focusing on serving the affluent and emerging affluent customers and achieving robust growth for ANZ Vietnam franchise; he was part of a key team that contributed to achieving Best Retail Bank for Vietnam in 2013 by Asian Banker.
