    You should ensure that the page prompting you for your PIN has a page certification for "d2pay.dbs.com".

    • right-click on the page
    • select "Properties" - you should verify that the URL shows https://d2pay.dbs.com/dbs/... and the connection is secure with 128 bit encryption.
    • click on "Certificates" - you should see "Issued to: d2pay.dbs.com" and verify that the date is valid

    Steps to view the above :-

    • Right-click on the page
    • Select "View Info" - you should see that the certificate belongs to d2pay.dbs.com and the date is valid

Getting Started

  1. How can I start using DBS d2pay?

    All you need is DBS iBanking. All iBanking users can use DBS d2pay immediately to make payments securely on the Internet to participating online merchants.

  2. Can I opt out of the service?

    Yes, you can deactivate the d2pay service using DBS iBanking anytime. Simply follow the steps below:

    • Log on to DBS iBanking
    • Select "Payment Services" followed by "DBS d2pay Limit Change"
    • Set the limit to 0

    The deactivation is immediate. No DBS d2pay payments will be allowed until you re-activate this service in writing using the DBS d2pay Multi-Purpose Form.

  3. How do I change the account designated for my DBS d2pay payments?

    You can use the DBS d2pay Multi-Purpose Form to instruct us to change your designated account for DBS d2pay payments.

  4. How do I change the DBS d2pay payment limit?

    Simply follow the steps below to lower your payment limit:

    • Log on to DBS iBanking
    • Select "Payment Services" followed by "DBS d2pay Limit Change"
    • Select a new limit from the drop-down list

    If you wish to raise the limit, please write to us or use the DBS d2pay Multi-Purpose Form.

Making Payment

  1. How do I make payment?

    After you have chosen the DBS d2pay as the payment option at the merchant's website, the Enter User ID page will be presented and thereafter, DBS will prompt you for your personal identification number (PIN) to verify your identity and to carry out your payment request.

    • For first time users
      You will be prompted to perform a one-time DBS d2pay setup process where you designate a DBS/POSB savings or current account as your default debiting account as well as a daily payment limit. The selected account and daily limit will be used for all your future DBS d2pay transactions.
    • For subsequent users
      You will be requested to enter your User ID and PIN to authorise the payment. The amount will be deducted from your designated account and paid to the merchant automatically.
  2. How do I use DBS d2pay?

    After you have entered your PIN and clicked the 'Submit' button, the money will be debited immediately from your designated account. You will receive an acknowledgement page with a transaction reference if the payment is successful.

  3. What will happen if I do not have enough money in my account?

    The transaction will be rejected. You can transfer funds from another account to your DBS d2pay default account via DBS iBanking before using DBS d2pay again.

  4. How do I know if the payment is successful?

    An acknowledgement page with a unique transaction reference will be presented to you for all successful payments. You can also check the amount deducted in your Account Transaction History on iBanking.

  5. What should I do if I suspect there is an unauthorized payment made?

    You should deactivate the d2pay service immediately using DBS iBanking. Please notify the Bank immediately at 1800-111 1111 (or 65-6327 2265 from overseas) to deactivate your iBanking and provide us the necessary details to facilitate investigations.
