How it works

For existing DBS business account and DBS IDEAL users:

Step 1: 
Log in to DBS IDEAL using your company’s Organisation ID, User ID, and PIN.

Step 2:
Click on ‘Statements and Reports’ Menu followed by ‘Account eStatements’ or 'Loan eStatement / eAdvices'.

Step 3: 
Download eStatement / eAdvice for any month by clicking on the ‘Download’ button.

1. You will need to sign up for DBS IDEAL to view eStatements / eAdvices online.
2. eStatements applicable for the following products:

  • DBS Business Account, DBS Autosave Account, DBS Foreign Currency Current Account, DBS Multi-currency Account and DBS Digital Account.
  • Loans

3. eAdvices applicable for the following product:

  • Loans

How to apply
Current Account

For existing Current Account DBS IDEAL users:

  • eStatements will automatically be available for all users who have access to view account activities on DBS IDEAL. Simply login to DBS IDEAL to view. 
  • If you do not have access to view account activities on DBS IDEAL, you can enable 'Enquiry' access under "Add New/Edit Existing User" section in the DBS IDEAL Maintenance form.

For existing DBS business account holders, without DBS DEAL:

Kindly complete and submit the DBS IDEAL Application form

Not a DBS Banking customer? 

Apply online now. Enjoy DBS IDEAL access and fee waivers. T&Cs apply.

Loans

For existing DBS IDEAL users:
You can apply for the Loan Enquiry through the DBS IDEAL Maintenance form

For new DBS IDEAL Customers:
You can apply for the Loan Enquiry through the IDEAL Application Pack.

Do I have to pay for eStatement / eAdvice?

This is a free service, available on DBS IDEAL for all eligible DBS business accounts.

What formats are eStatements / eAdvices available in?

eStatements / eAdvices are available for download in PDF format.

What is the frequency of eStatements / eAdvices availability?

eStatements will be available monthly.
For Loans, eAdvices will be issued based on your loan transaction activity. 

Receiving and scheduling eStatement / eAdvice

How do I access eStatement / eAdvice on DBS IDEAL?

  • You can view eStatements* / eAdvices** on DBS IDEAL by going to "Statements and Reports".
    1. For Current Account eStatements, click on ‘Account eStatements’
    2. For Loan eStatements / eAdvices, click on ‘Loan eStatements / eAdvices’. 

To download an eStatement / eAdvice, simply click on the 'download' button.

  • In addition, you may choose to setup
    1. An email notification feature within DBS IDEAL, so that you will be alerted when your eStatement(s) / eAdvice(s) are ready for viewing or download. This email notification will be sent from DBS eAdvice - [email protected] to your preferred email address in your DBS IDEAL user profile.
    2. To receive an  email with the attached  eStatement / eAdvice when your eStatement(s) / eAdvice(s) are ready for viewing. This email will be sent from DBS eAdvice - [email protected] to your preferred email address in your DBS IDEAL user profile.

*eStatement will be available for DBS Business Account, DBS Autosave Account, DBS Foreign Currency Current Account, DBS Multi-Currency Account, DBS Digital Account, DBS Loans

Can I choose to receive both physical and eStatements / eAdvices?

We would strongly encourage you to switch to eStatements / eAdvices, to enjoy greater convenience and help us reduce our carbon footprint. 

I’ve received a notification that my eStatement / eAdvice is ready. However, I’ve not received any eStatements / eAdvices via email to date.

You can login to DBS IDEAL to view your eStatement / eAdvice. Note that only authorised DBS IDEAL users with access to view account activities can view eStatements / eAdvices. 

Security

I’ve received my eStatement / eAdvice notification from DBS eAdvice - [email protected]. Is it legitimate?

Yes, once you subscribe to eStatement / eAdvice alert on DBS IDEAL, you will be notified via email from DBS eAdvice when your eStatement / eAdvice is available for viewing or download. Simply login to DBS IDEAL to access your eStatement / eAdvice.

Can I request my email notification to be sent to another email account instead?

You can modify your email notification settings from within DBS IDEAL. The email notification alert serves to inform you that your eStatement / eAdvice is ready for viewing or download. Note that only authorised users can login to DBS IDEAL to view eStatements /eAdvices. 

eStatement / eAdvice History

Is there a limit to view past eStatements / eAdvices?

eStatement records on DBS IDEAL are available from August 2020. You can view and retrieve records from August 2020, up to 7 years thereafter*.

Loan eAdvices on DBS IDEAL are available from Sep 2021, up to 7 years thereafter **
