For each Credit Card signup promotion, you can check if it will be open to new customers or existing DBS/POSB Cardmembers.

Customers who are not holding on to any Principal DBS/POSB Credit Card and have not cancelled any Principal DBS/POSB Credit Card within the last 12 months

Customers who currently own a Principal DBS/POSB Credit Card or

Customers who have cancelled any Principal DBS/POSB Credit Card within the last 12 months

Achieve the Qualifying Spend
Qualifying Spend refers to the minimum amount you need to spend on your new Credit Card. However, not all transactions will count toward the Qualifying Spend. As transactions are categorised based on Merchant Category Codes (MCC), some will be excluded, as outlined in the exclusion list described in the Terms and Conditions on the promotion page.

Spend Period indicates that you must spend the Qualifying Spend amount on your Credit Card within a certain timeframe. The Spend Period starts from the date your card is approved (Card Approval Date). The duration of the Spend Period will be detailed in the promotion's Terms and Conditions.

Hold a valid DBS PayLah! account if applicable
Some of our promotions will require you to hold a valid DBS PayLah! account by end of the Spend Period. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the promotion page for details.

You've made it this far and now it's time to receive your reward. If you opted for cashback or DBS Points, it will be credited to your Credit Card Account within two to five months from meeting the Qualifying Spend. And if you opted for gift rewards, you will receive the welcome gift notification after meeting the qualifying spend and other requirement as stipulated in the promotion terms and conditions. And that is all!
