How do I know my ranking for the game?

Once you have accessed the game, check out the leaderboard if your rank is within the top scorers of the month.

How will I know if I have won the prize?

Players will be informed within 7 working days after the game period.

My highest score was on the top leaderboard, but why didnt I win the prize?

This can happen when a few players have the same high scores. DBS will determine the winners at its sole discretion in the event this occurs.

I have not heard back if I won or not, what should I do?

You will receive a notification on the game results within 7 working days after the game period. You may access the results by following these steps:

1. Launch Digibank/iWealth^® app
2. Tap the bell icon at the top left corner
3. ‘PROMO’ tab
4. Tap on the game message from DBS Multiplier to access the results

Can I play for more than one month’s prize?

Yes you may.

Can I get more chances each month to play?

Each player will receive only a maximum number of chances each month to play. This maximum number of chances can be found in the Tap Tap Bunny game page.

Can I transfer my game chances to someone else?

No, Tap Tap Bunny game is by exclusive invitation only at this point.

I got the notice that I won the prize, what must I do to earn the cash award for Invest-Saver?

You will be entitled to a cash award of S$30 if you successfully setup a new Unit Trust or Exchange Traded Fund Regular Saving Plan (“RSP”) by 14 September 2020, 3pm. Please refer to the full terms and conditions.

When do I need to set up the Invest-Saver by to qualify for the cash award?

The Setup period will be from the date of the winner’s announcement till 14 September 2020, 3pm.

Can I receive multiple S$30 cash award if I setup more than one Invest-Saver plan within the Setup period?

No, Each winner of the game will be entitled to only one cash award of S$30.

After the game period, winners will receive the promo code via in-app notification. In the iOS/Android Lazada app, enter the promo code during checkout with minimum $80 purchase using DBS/POSB Debit/Credit Card. Please refer to the full terms and conditions.

Is there an expiry date for the promo code use?

Promo codes are valid till 31 December 2020, no extension allowed if there is unredeemed codes.

Can I transfer this promo code for someone else to use?

Yes but payment has to be made via a DBS/POSB Debit/Credit card.

I got a notification on the prize, what do I need to do to get the cash rebate for DBS Vickers?

You will need to have an individual DBS Vickers Online Trading Account to be eligible for the prize. Winners are entitled to a S$5 rebate per buy trade executed online from 1 October 2020 to 31 October 2020 (both dates inclusive). The Promotion is applicable to Singapore and foreign market trades executed online via www.dbsvickers.com, mobile trading and/or DBS/POSB iBanking.

Only fully settled buy trades are entitled to the SGD5 rebate. Contra trades will not be eligible to the rebate. Please refer to the full terms and conditions.
