Direct Crediting Service (DCS) allows you to receive your CDP dividends directly into your DBS/POSB accounts. Simply send an SMS to 77767 to register for the service.

How it works
SMS to 77767:
Dividend<space>preferred account's* last 4 digits
Example: Dividend 1234
* Your preferred account is the primary current/savings personal account that will receive the dividends after registration
Note: Before registering, please ensure your mobile number has been updated with the bank. To register your mobile number with us, you can login to digibank Online or visit any DBS Branch.
Frequently Asked Questions
How will I get to know if my application has been successfully processed?
You will receive a letter from SGX informing you on the final status of the application within 2 weeks from the application date (acceptance or rejection)
How do I check if I am receiving dividends in my designated DBS/POSB account?
After successful registration to DCS you will receive your dividends directly credited to your account. Please check the transaction history of your account.
How will I know if I have received my Dividends?
You will receive your accounts statement from CDP monthly if there is any movement in your account. For queries, please call +65 6535 7511 (CDP hotline)
