✔	HDB Flat & Financial Information*
✔	Option to Purchase or Sales & Purchase Agreement
✔	Value confirmed by HDB (for HDB resale) Valuation report (for Private Property & Executive Condominium)

Income
✔	Latest Notice of Assessment and 12 months CPF Contribution History
✔	Latest 3 months’ payslips (if you are working for less than 3 months, you may submit your latest payslip and employment contract)
✔	Latest 3 months’ salary crediting account statements (additional documents required for customers working overseas)

Financial Commitments
✔	Latest credit facilities statements (for example: existing home loans, credit card, car loan, personal loan facilities or others)

Refinance of Private Property or HDB flat from other Financial Institutions

Steps to downloading your documents onlineYour Notice of Assessment from IRAS

Step 1

Log on to "myTax Portal" at IRAS Website using your SingPass or IRAS pin

Step 2

Under “Notices”, click on “Individual”

Step 3

Select the latest NOA and save as a PDF copy

Your latest 12 months CPF Contribution History from CPFB

Step 1

Log on to "my CPF Online Services" at CPF Website using your SingPass

Step 2

Under "my CPF Online Services", go to "My Statement"

Step 3

Go to Section B, and select “Contribution History” and the “Period”

Step 4

Select "Download statement in PDF format"

Your HDB Flat Information & Financial Information from HDBIf you own a HDB flat, please provide both HDB Flat Information & HDB Financial Information.If you do not own any HDB flat, please login to MyHDBPage" at HDB Website using your SingPass and take a printscreen of the message that you do not own any HDB flat.

Step 1	Click "Login to MyHDBPage" at HDB Website using your SingPass
Step 2	Select "My Flat"
Step 3	Under "Purchased Flat", select "Flat Details"
Step 4	Select “Save to PDF” on bottom of the page

Step 1	Click "Login to MyHDBPage" at HDB Website using your SingPass
Step 2	Select "My Flat"
Step 3	Under “Purchased Flat”, go to “Financial Info”
Step 4	Right click and select “Print” to save as a PDF file

Note: If you own a HDB flat and/or you have any current loan financed by HDB, you will need to provide both HDB Flat Information & HDB Financial Information. If you do not own any HDBflat, please print the screenshot with message that you do not own any HDB flat.Your Property Portfolio from IRAS

Under “Property”, click “View Property Portfolio”

Step 3

Under “View Property Portfolio”, click “View Details”

Step 4
