Cancel Cheque
Learn how to cancel an issued cheque through our Video Teller Machine (VTM).
Important information
- Issued cheques that have been deposited and presented into a recipient's bank account cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation Fees: S$30 per cheque (Max. S$60)
- Cancellation of cheques can be done daily between 9am to 6pm.
How to Cancel Cheque
Video Teller Machine
Locate a Video Teller Machine near you:
- Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your NRIC or Passport and complete the authentication process.
- Select Other Transactions, an Officer will be connected to assist you to cancel your cheque(s).
- Collect your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card before you leave our Video Teller Machine (VTM).
