How to convert POSB Passbook Savings account

Step 1
Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Home, click on Deposits and select your POSB Passbook Saving account.​

Click Manage at the top and under More, select Convert your account type on the right.

Click Next to proceed with your POSB Passbook conversion.

Verify your details and click Confirm to complete the conversion request.​

For customers with ATM/Debit/Credit Card

More information

  • Upon successful conversion, you will no longer be able to update your Passbook; you will instead receive monthly eStatements for the transactions on your POSB Everyday Savings Account.
  • If you do not currently have a debit card, you will receive a DBS Visa Debit Card upon conversion.
