Push notifications for your Digital Token

Steps to enable push notifications

Please ensure that you have enabled push notifications and allowed permissions for digibank app to send you such notifications.

For iPhone users:

• Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select DBS digibank SG > turn on Allow Notifications.

For Android users:

• Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select DBS digibank SG > turn on Notifications.

• Push notifications may not be received if you are in a low network coverage area.
• If you do not receive the push notification, follow the steps under Authenticate transactions with your Digital Token instead.
