Add PayNow Recipient

Add a PayNow recipient instantly using digibank, iBanking and DBS iWealth.

digibank
  • Log in to digibank with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Transfer/PayNow from the menu and select To Other SG/Overseas Payees.
  • Select + New PayeeSingaporeMobile number or NRIC or FIN.
  • Enter the Payee's Details and confirm the Payee's Nickname. Click Next.
  • Verify the details and follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions, click Submit to add your PayNow Recipient.

Note:
  • The Payee/Recipient must have a PayNow Profile to be added to your list of payees.
  • You may add up to a maximum of 20 individuals in your list of payees.

Don't have digibank?

iBanking
  • Log in to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
  • Under Transfer, select To Mobile Number or NRIC (PayNow).
  • Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN and click + New Recipient.
  • Enter the Recipient's Details and confirm the Recipient's Nickname. Click Next.
  • Verify the details and follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions, click Submit to add your PayNow Recipient.

Note:
  • The Payee/Recipient must have a PayNow Profile to be added to your list of payees.
  • You may add up to a maximum of 20 individuals in your list of payees.

DBS iWealth
  • Log in to DBS iWealth with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Transfer/PayNow from the menu and select To Other SG/Overseas Payees.
  • Select + New PayeeSingaporeMobile number or NRIC or FIN.
  • Enter the Payee's Details and confirm the Payee's Nickname. Click Next.
  • Verify the details and follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions, click Submit to add your PayNow Recipient.
