How to remove PayNow recipient

There are various channels which you may remove PayNow recipient with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and tap on PayNow.

Step 3
Under the Recipients tab, tap the icon on the right of the recipient's name you wish to delete.

Tap on Delete at the top right corner of the page.

Tap on Yes, delete to confirm the deletion.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu, then click on the kebab menu (⋮) of the recipient you wish to delete and select Delete from the dropdown list.

Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm the deletion.

Your recipient is successfully deleted.
