How to remove PayNow recipient

There are various channels which you may remove PayNow recipient with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and tap on PayNow.

Step 3
Under the Recipients tab, tap the icon on the right of the recipient's name you wish to delete.

Tap on Delete at the top right corner of the page.

Step 5
Tap on Yes, delete to confirm the deletion.

• Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.
• Complete the Authentication Process.
• Click on Pay and transfer on the top menu.
• Under Your recipients and bills, click on the kebab icon (⋮) located on the right of the recipient that you wish to delete and select Delete from the dropdown list.
• Click on Delete in the pop-up to confirm your deletion request.
