eNETS (d2pay)

DBS eNETS(d2pay) is a payment method that allows you to make payment from your bank account using digibank User ID and PIN.

Important information

  • You may increase the limit up to S$100,000 via digibank mobile/online.
  • Updating of d2pay payment limit is immediate.
  • If you wish to deactivate your d2pay (eNETS), you may set your limit to $0.

How to apply for eNETS (d2pay)

New eNETS (d2pay) users must raise their initial $0 limit to activate the service.

  • Log in to digibank mobile app. Tap More.
  • Under Transfer Settings, tap on eNETS (d2pay) Transfer Limit.
  • Your limit will be set at $0 if you have not done d2pay before, change your limit accordingly.
  • Once d2pay limit is set, you have activated your d2pay and it is ready for use.
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.
  • Click on Pay and Transfer.
  • Click on Manage limits button.
  • Click on d2pay (eNETS) under Payments.
  • To set your d2pay limit, which defaults to $0 for first-time users, select the amount from the dropdown and click Next.
  • Verify the changes click Confirm to update your limit.
  • Once d2pay limit is set, you have activated your d2pay and it is ready for use.

How to change eNETS (d2pay) payment limit

There are various channels which you may change eNETS (d2pay) payment limit with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

  • Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap on More at the bottom and under Transfer Settings select eNETS (d2pay) Transfer Limit.
  • Tap on Set Limit to select the Daily Limit you wish to set.
  • Verify your details and tap Done to update your limit.
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and under Services, click on Manage limits.
  • Under Payments, select d2pay (eNETS) to amend the limit.
  • Select the Daily limit from the dropdown and click Next.
  • Verify your details and click Confirm to update your limit.
  • You have updated your eNETS limit successfully.

How to pay with eNETS (d2pay)

Select “DBS Bank Ltd” after you have chosen d2pay as the payment option at the merchant's website.

  • Select eNETS d2pay as the payment option in the merchant’s website.
  • Select DBS Bank Ltd as the debiting bank and click Submit.
  • Enter your digibank User ID and PIN and click Submit.
  • Follow the authentication steps via Digital Token/IB Secure Device to proceed.
  • Verify the payment details.
  • Click Confirm to complete the transaction.

How to deactivate eNETS (d2pay)

Amend your d2pay (eNETS) limit to $0 to deactivate the service.

  • Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap on More at the bottom and under Transfer Settings select eNETS (d2pay) Transfer Limit.
  • Tap on Set Limit and select 0.
  • Review your changes, tap Change Daily Limit Now to deactivate your eNETS (d2pay).
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and under Services, click on Manage limits.
  • Scroll down to the bottom and select Terminate Service.
  • Under Payments, select d2pay and click Next.
  • Verify the details and click Confirm to deactivate your eNETS(d2pay).

More information

  • Deactivation is immediate. To re-activate, you may increase your limit from $0 to a limit of your preference.
