Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and select Bills, Cards & GIRO.

Tap on the ellipsis icon (⋮) icon on the right of the billing organisation that you wish to delete.

Select Delete biller.

Step 5
Tap on Delete to confirm your deletion request.

Step 6
You have successfully deleted the selected billing organisation.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and under Services, select Bills, Cards & GIRO.

Under Bills, click on the (⋮) Ellipsis icon located on the right of the biller that you wish to remove and select Delete biller from the dropdown.

Click on Delete to confirm your deletion request.
