How to remove bill payment organisation

There are various channels which you may remove bill payment organisation with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and select Pay bills & cards.

Step 3
Tap on the kebab icon (⋮) icon on the right of the billing organisation that you wish to delete.

Step 4
Select Delete biller.

Step 5
Tap on Delete to confirm your deletion request.

Step 6
You have successfully deleted the selected billing organisation.

• Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
• Complete the Authentication Process.
Click Pay and transfer on the top menu and under Services, click on Pay bills & cards.
• Click on the kebab icon (⋮) located on the right of the Billing Organisation that you want to remove and select your Delete biller.
• Click on Delete to confirm your deletion request.
