How to convert your DBS Points to Miles
DBS Rewards Website
- Log in to DBS Rewards website with your digibank User ID and PIN.
- Complete the 2FA Verification to proceed.
- Filter items by points, key words or category.
- Click on the preferred airlines, enter desired quantity, then click Add to cart.
- Select View shopping cart and click on Redeem to proceed with your redemption.
- Redemption of miles will take up to 10 working days and an email will be sent upon successful or unsuccessful redemption of miles.
- An administration fee of S$27.25 (inclusive of GST) will be charged to the selected Card upon successful redemption. This fee is waived for conversion to Air Asia Points until 31 December 2024.
KrisFlyer Miles Auto Conversion Programme
- Enrol into the Programme and your DBS Points will be converted automatically to KrisFlyer miles.
- KrisFlyer Miles Auto Conversion Programme is applicable to DBS Insignia Card, DBS Black Treasures Elite Card or DBS Altitude Card Principal Cardmembers only.
- An annual participation fee of S$43.60 (inclusive of GST) will be charged to your DBS Credit Card after successful enrolment.
- DBS Points will be automatically converted to KrisFlyer miles in blocks of 500 DBS Points at the start of each quarter (I.e. January, April, July and October).

Enjoy mobile miles for daily spend from a wide range of merchants by converting your DBS Points to KrisPay miles.
- Log in to your Kris+ app.
- Select the Wallet icon followed by Transfer.
- Choose DBS Rewards and log in with your digibank User ID and PIN.
- Key in the amount of DBS Points you would like to convert into KrisPay miles*. (100 DBS Points = 170 KrisPay miles)
- *KrisPay miles converted from DBS Points can only be transferred in full to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days of accrual.
