Lock your Card Temporarily using Payment Controls

Our Payment Control features allows you to temporarily lock your credit/debit card if it's misplaced.

How to lock your Credit/ Debit Card

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More at the bottom, under Manage Cards & Loans, select Payment Controls.

Select the Card you wish to lock and toggle Switch Off to temporarily lock your card.

Tap Lock Now to proceed.

Step 5
Your card has been Locked.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Cards, click on Manage Cards (Activate, Change Limits & More).

Select the card you wish to lock. Under Manage, toggle Switch Off to temporarily lock your card.

Click Lock Now to proceed.

Step 6
Your card has been locked successfully.
