Can I walk into a DBS Treasures Centre to exchange for CNY notes without an online reservation?
Only customers aged 60 and above, those with disabilities, or individuals with a valid online reservation (for the selected branch, date and time) can exchange CNY notes at the 3 DBS Treasures Centres (MBFC, Ngee Ann City, and Siglap).

Can I bring someone with me for CNY notes collection?
To minimise overcrowding, customers aged 60 and above (based on year of birth) or customers with disabilities making CNY notes exchange can be accompanied by one other person.
What are the exchange limits for CNY notes, and can I request more at the DBS Treasures Centres?
Exchanges are limited to a maximum of $35,000 in *Fit notes and S$6,900 in new notes for online reservation. We are unable to provide additional notes.

Where can I get red packets, and how many will I receive?
Starting 3 February 2026, DBS/POSB red packets will be available at DBS/POSB branches or pop-up ATMs at 16 Community Clubs. Each customer will receive one red packet pack (pack of 6) during notes exchange, subject to availability.
