We require your NRIC/identity number to identify you during the reservation and collection of the CNY notes. We will not use your NRIC/identity number for authentication purposes.
You need a DBS/POSB ATM/Debit/Credit card linked to a Deposit Account, and your card PIN is required to log in and make a reservation. This along with NRIC/passport, verifies you are a customer of the bank, your card PIN is required to authorise the pre-debiting process for your reservation.
*Fit notes are capped at S$35,000, new notes at S$6,900 per customer. To allow more customers to exchange notes, each can reserve up to the following maximums per denomination:

Wealth clients may select any DBS/POSB branch instead of a Treasures Centre as preferred collection branch. With this option, the collection limit per customer will be $2,200 (comprising $1,400 for *Fit notes and $800 for new notes).

*Fit notes are used currency notes that are similar in quality to those from ATMs and may have fold lines or minor stains.
Simply follow the 5 steps below to make your reservation:
  1. Click the 'Reserve Now' button to enter the reservation portal when Windows 1 and 2 open at 12am.
  2. Log in with your Identity Number and last 4 digits of your ATM/Debit/Credit card. Wealth clients with pre-debiting arrangements must also enter their Card PIN.
    Do not share your digibank User ID, PIN, or OTP. DBS will never request for them.
  3. Select your preferred branch/centre, collection date and time.
  4. Select the quantity of QR Ang Bao packs and the denominations required for both Fit notes and new notes, then review and confirm these details.
  5. A confirmation email with details on what to bring and your selected collection date and time will be sent within an hour.
You can book only one reservation slot for notes exchange during the online reservation period to allow more customers to exchange notes.
You will not be able to cancel/amend your reservation after it has been submitted. Uncollected reservations will be held for three business days from your selected collection date.

If the reservation is not collected within this timeframe, it will be considered cancelled, and the total amount will be credited back to your selected DBS/POSB account.
Please bring your NRIC/Passport and ATM/Debit/Credit card and email confirmation for collection. This service is personal-to-the account holder and is therefore not available for third-party collection.
The amount will be debited from your nominated DBS/POSB account, which you selected during the reservation process. You may choose any DBS/POSB Savings, Autosave, POSB Current Account, Multi-Currency, or Multiplier Account.
Yes, you can choose to exclude QR Ang Bao packs in your quantity selection (0 to 10). We strongly encourage you to switch to cashless gifting, as it offers greater convenience, saves time packing red packets, and contributes to a greener environment.
You can reserve QR Ang Bao packs (pack of 6) by selecting a quantity from 0 to 10 on the online reservation portal.
For customers who were unable to secure a slot, you may still withdraw Fit notes from our 1,200 regular ATMs operating 24/7, or from 17 pop-up ATMs. New notes will also be available from 54 pop-up ATMs. Our pop-up ATMs are located islandwide and will operate starting 3 February.
