Can the client make multiple eligible deposits over the promotion period?

Yes, the client can make multiple transactions to deposit the fresh funds corresponding to the registered amount. Please note the registered amount needs to be in multiples of S$100,000.

Is there a limit on the amount of Fresh Funds a client can deposit over the promotion period?
Each client can deposit up to S$5,000,000 to earn max S$25,438 throughout the entire promotion period.
Can the client participate in the promotion with multiple accounts?
No, each client can only participate in the promotion with 1 Participating Account.
Can deposits across multiple accounts be combined?
No, this is strictly not allowed.
Are matured funds from T-Bills considered as Fresh Funds?

Will earmarked funds continue to earn interest in the respective Participating Accounts?
Yes, earmarked funds for the promotion will continue to earn the prevailing interest of the respective Participating Accounts.
Will earmarking result in customers not being able to use the funds?
Only the earmarked amount will not be ‘usable’ by customers. It will be held in the Participating Account during the campaign's mentioned earmarked period.
During the promotion period, can the client withdraw/perform transaction from the account he/she deposited the fresh funds into?
The client can continue to make transactions on this account. However, the fresh funds amount registered for this promotion will be earmarked until the respective earmark release dates. “Earmarked” means the amount registered cannot be used or withdrawn for any other purpose.
Can customers request for withdrawal from this promotion?
Customers can inform their relationship manager for early release of earmarked funds. Kindly note that it may take up to 5 working days for funds to be released.
Can the customer withdraw part of the earmarked funds?
No, withdrawal has to be done to the full earmarked amount.
What happens if the earmark is released early by the customer?
Customer will forfeit any cash gift and Early Bird Reward accrued (if applicable), there will be no fulfilment of Cash Gift to the customer at all.
