Structured, Leveraged and Acquisition Financing
- 2025 - Provided SGD150 million in green financing to Princeton Digital Group to develop Indonesia’s first AI powered data centre running on renewable biomass energy, in partnership with UOB Bank Indonesia.
- 2025 - Supported SGD643 million green financing for Singtel as one of the Mandated Lead Arrangers, Green Loan Coordinators and Sole Banker’s Guarantee Bank, enabling the development of DC Tuas, a next generation 58MW data centre designed for ultra low PUE and advanced liquid cooling efficiency.
- 2025 - Supported DayOne’s USD3.5 billion multicurrency green financing as a Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Green Financing Coordinator, enabling the development of a portfolio of green certified data centres in the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone and reinforcing the rapidly growing Singapore–Johor–Batam digital corridor.
- 2025 - Supported Blackstone’s AUD24 billion acquisition of AirTrunk, the largest data‑centre platform in Asia‑Pacific, acting as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner for the acquisition credit facilities and providing a backstop arrangement for this landmark transaction
- 2025 - Supported a landmark USD4.2 billion cross border financing in Thailand as one of the Mandated Lead Arrangers, Underwriters & Bookrunners, providing a backstop loan to facilitate the Voluntary Tender Offer for Advanced Info Service (AIS) by Gulf Energy Development (GULF) and Intouch Holdings (INTOUCH)
- 2025 - Arranged a record IDR6.7 trillion (SGD530 million) financing for a new data centre campus in Indonesia’s Nongsa Digital Park, with UOB, jointly developed by DayOne and the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA).
- 2024 - Sole Coordinator and Joint Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Underwriter for ACG Aircraft Financing Ireland DAC's 5-year syndicated financing totalling USD1 billion.
- 2024 - Sole Mandated Lead Arranger, Underwriter and Bookrunner for Chindata’s inaugural offshore syndication exercise.

- 2025 - Priced Equinix’s SGD500 million green bonds, a market first for a foreign non financial corporate, the first US corporate SGD deal since 2019, and the largest SGD issuance by a non Asian firm.
- 2024 - Mandated lead arranger and bookrunner for Thailand’s biggest telecom operator, True Corporation’s maiden JPY141.3 billion (USD900 million) sustainability-linked syndicated loan.
