How can corporates enable inbound TT tracking?

Online GPI tracking capability is available to all IDEAL customers. This will be for IDEAL users who have the payment (Telegraphic Transfer) function. 

How do I trace my cross-border collections?

You can trace your SWIFT gpi transactions status through IDEAL.

  1. On DBS IDEAL, navigate to Payments, followed by Information for incoming transfers
  2. Click on Report for Payment Status
I want to be able to receive an alert from incoming funds. What should I do?

You can subscribe to alert at the user level for incoming payments.
