About this Beta Trial

DBS is introducing SingPass Facial Verification into our digibank Mobile app and we need your help! We want to invite you to try out this new technology and give us your feedback.

What to expect

Find out why this initiative is of strategic importance, and how DBS is using this technology to improve our customer experience. You will be the first in Singapore to have a chance to try out this brand new technology. All you have to do is:

  1. Register to participate
  2. Follow instructions provided through ITE College West to complete trial
  3. Fill in feedback form

How to Register

Eligibility criteria

Before you register, please ensure that you have met the following criteria:

  • You must have a personal or joint-alt account of following:
    DBS Autosave/Current/Savings Plus or POSB Savings/Current Account
  • You must have a mobile number with DBS to receive SMS-OTP.
  • You are a Singaporean or Singapore PR.
  • You must have an active SingPass account.

Registration has closed.


Feedback form

Please provide your feedback only after you have tried out SingPass Facial Verification on our DBS digibank app.



Please select “No” for the question “I have a DBS/POSB bank account” in the registration form so that we may contact you for another exciting initiative.

This Beta trial involves DBS sending you an SMS-OTP to your registered mobile number with us. If you need to update your mobile number with us, here are options to do so:

    • digibank Online
    • digibank Mobile
    • MyInfo
    • VTM (9am to 6pm, ATM/Debit card and NRIC required)
