How do I know that my Telegram transaction is successful? Where do I view my transactions using @PayLah!bot on Telegram?
When a transaction (send or request) is completed, you will receive a notification within Telegram chat window. If you have sent funds, you will also receive an email confirmation. You can also find your past transactions within PayLah!’s transaction history.
During the send money process, I tapped on ‘Confirm’, a link was generated, followed by a prompt ‘Payment link has expired’ (Android error)/ ‘The payment link does not exist’ (iOS error). Help!
The link send/ request money link may have expired, or your PayLah! app may not be updated to the latest version. Please try again after you have downloaded the latest PayLah! from Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
Yes, your security is our highest priority. The Telegram PayLah Bot is developed and maintained by DBS Bank, so all transactions are encrypted and completed in a secure environment. Each outgoing transfer must be authenticated based on existing PayLah! security protocols before funds are deducted from your wallet (as per MAS e-payment guidelines). During the entire process, Telegram will also not have any access to your bank account information.
I received a message from PayLah Bot or DBS-related Telegram account, requesting me to share my PIN, password or OTP via chat. What should I do?
Please do not respond to the chat and call us immediately (1800 111 1111). DBS will never request for your PIN, password or OTP through instant messaging platforms, phone call, email or SMS.
