To Apply New Issues
Using Cash or Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS), please log in to digibank from 6pm on Announcement Date to 1 business day before Auction Date at 9pm.
Using CPFIS Ordinary Account, please log in to digibank from 6pm on Announcement Date to 2 business days before Auction Date at 12pm.

Using CPFIS Special Account – You may visit any DBS/POSB branch to submit your applications from the announcement date to 2 business days (before 10 am) before the auction date.
- Investors without a CPF Investment Account would need to take the Self-Awareness Questionnaire (SAQ).
- Find out how much of your OA and SA savings you can invest.
Log in to my cpf digital services with your Singpass > Select my cpf > My dashboards > Investment
Please note Financial Planning Branch applications close 2 business days before the Auction Date at 10am.
To Buy or Sell Existing Issues
Using Cash, Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) or CPFIS Ordinary Account, you may submit the request through your existing brokers. If you have a DBS Vickers account, please log in to digibank.
Using CPFIS Special Account, you may visit any Financial Planning Branch to submit your request. All new/existing CPFIS investors would need to take the Self-Awareness Questionnaire (SAQ).
