How long will it take for the account to be open upon submission of application?
If you have applied using your Singpass, your new account will be opened instantly.
A notification email will be sent to you when your account is opened. Please ensure that you update your email address before applying.
Reward
How long will it take for my cash reward to be credited?
The Reward will be credited to the eligible Deposit Account by 31 December 2025 (or such other date as DBS may determine in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you). Thereafter, Eligible Customers will receive a notification that it has been credited.
What happens if I close my account prior to the crediting of cash reward?
Your cash reward may be forfeited as there is no available account for the crediting of cash reward.
