1Ensure your recipient has a valid account with EDP participating banks (Citibank, DBS Bank, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB)

How to add Cheque or Demand Draft recipient

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and select iB Cheque & Demand Draft.

Select Send an iB Cheque (SGD).

Click Add someone to add a recipient.

Enter your Recipient details and click Next.

Verify your details, click Add now and complete the 2-Factor Authentication to add your iB Cheque recipient.

Your iB Cheque recipient is added successfully.
