Check Account Balance

You can check your account balance using iBanking, digibank, SMS Banking, Phone Banking, DBS/POSB ATM and Video Teller Machine (VTM).

iBanking
  • Log in to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
  • Your account balance will be reflected under Deposits.

digibank
  • Log in to digibank with your User ID and PIN.
  • Your account balance will be reflected under Deposits.

Alternatively, you can view your balance easily using our Peek Balance feature.

To set up for Peek Balance:
  • Log in to digibank with your User ID and PIN.
  • On the left menu bar, select Settings followed by Personalisation Change
  • Key in your iB Secure PIN and click Submit.
  • Activate Peek Balance and select your preferred account to view. Once done, click Save.

Simply launch digibank, then Slide and Hold to the right check your balance.

SMS Banking

SMS the following keyword commands to 77767:

  • Balance<space>Last 4 digits of Account
    E.g. "Balance 1234"
button Check via SMS Banking Balance [Last 4 digits of Account] 77767
Note:You will need to be registered to SMS Banking to check your account balance.

Not registered to SMS Banking?

SMS the following keyword commands to 77767:
  • Register<space>NRIC/Passport number<space>preferred account’s* last 4 digits
    E.g. "Register S1234567A 1234"
Phone Banking
  • Dial (+65) 6327 2265.
  • Continue to hold for English. For a menu in Mandarin, press 2.
  • Enter your Phone Banking UID + # to proceed.
  • Enter your Phone Banking PIN + # to access the Phone Banking Services Menu.
  • Press 3 for Deposit Account Related Services.
  • Press 1 to listen to your Account Balances.

*Alternatively, you may Press *5 to directly listen to your Account Balance.


Don't have Phone Banking?

Simply apply via our ATMs, Branches or mail in this Application Form!

DBS/POSB ATM
  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and key in your PIN.
  • Select Balance Inquiry.
  • Select your Account Type.
  • Your Account Balance will be reflected.
  • Select End and remove ATM card.

Video Teller Machine (VTM)
  • Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Under the Main Menu, select Balance Enquiry.
  • Your Account Number, Ledger Balance and Available Balance will be reflected on the screen.
  • Collect your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card before you leave our Video Teller Machine (VTM).
