Check Credit Card Transaction Details

Credit Card transactions are not immediately reflected in your statements. Learn how you can make use of our digital solutions to check your recent transactions.

  • If you wish to check your recent Credit Card transactions including pending and declined transactions, please select Chat Banking as your viewing option.

Click on the "Digibot Icon" located at the bottom right
Type "Credit Card Transaction Details" into the chat
Click "View my transactions", followed by "Authenticate me" in the chat
Authenticate using either your iBanking login or your Card & PIN
Select your card, followed by the type of queries or issues you wish for us to address

Log in to digibank Mobile
Tap “Credit Cards”
Select your Credit Card to see the detailed transaction details
Get the latest DBS digibank Mobile app now!

  • Unbilled: Transactions that have not been charged to your statement yet.
  • Current: Current month's billed transactions.
  • Previous: Previous month's billed transactions.

DBS Lifestyle App
  • Login to DBS Lifestyle app with your digibank User ID and PIN.
  • Select My Cards, then select History to view all your Credit Card transaction history.
  • Click Filter to select the Credit Card Account or Spend Category that you wish to view under History.

Alternatively, use the Expense Tracker to see how much you have spent on each category:

  • Login to DBS Lifestyle app with your digibank User ID and PIN.
  • Select My Cards from the menu bar.
  • Select Expenses and tap on the graph to track your current month's spending.
  • Swipe left to monitor your spending at a glance, from the current to previous months.
  • Tap on the bar graph of each month to get a detailed breakdown by category.

Internet Banking
  • Login to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select My Accounts, and click on Credit Cards.
  • Input your 6-digit iB Secure PIN.
  • Select the Card Account that you wish to check on.
  • By default, your current month's statement will be displayed.

To view your previous month's transactions / transactions that are not outstanding yet (Unbilled Transactions):

  • Above your Credit Card Number, click on Modify Search.
  • Under Statement Type, select Previous Statement / Unbilled Transactions.
