If you have forgotten or wish to change your iBanking PIN, you can reset it online via our website or via our DBS/POSB ATM.

To reset your iBanking PIN online, you need to have a registered iB Secure Device.
  • Visit our Internet Banking Login page here.
  • Select Forgot PIN.
  • Enter your credentials (eg. NRIC, ATM/Debit Card Number & Card PIN).
  • Authenticate your request using your Debit/ATM card details or DBS iB Secure Device.
  • Enter your new iBanking PIN.
  • Re-authenticate using DBS iB Secure Device or SMS OTP, and your PIN will be changed immediately.

DBS/POSB ATM

If you do not have a registered iB Secure Device and have forgotten your iBanking PIN, please visit any of our DBS/POSB ATMs to do a iBanking PIN reset:

  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and key in your PIN.
  • Select More Services.
  • Select Card/PIN/iBanking/Phone Banking.
  • Select Reset IB PIN/Print IB User ID.
  • Enter your new iBanking PIN.
  • Re-enter your new iBanking PIN to confirm.
  • Once new iBanking PIN is accepted, collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card.
