Contact the account holder directly or visit any DBS/POSB Branch with your NRIC/Passport to fill up an Indemnity Form.

Able to contact the account holder
  • Inform the account holder directly and request for the return of funds.
Unable to contact the account holder
  • Visit any DBS/POSB Branch with your NRIC/Passport to fill up an Indemnity Form and we will do our best to recover the funds on your behalf.

Note: The bank is unable to reverse the wrong funds transfer without the consent of the recipient.
