Transfer Funds to Wrong Local Account
Contact the account holder directly or visit a DBS/POSB Branch with your NRIC/Passport to fill up an Indemnity Form if you are the sender, or a General Purpose Form if you are a receiver of a wrong local funds transfer.
- Contact the account holder directly to request for the return of funds.
- If Unable to contact the account holder, visit any DBS/POSB Branch with your NRIC/Passport to fill up an Indemnity Form and we will do our best to recover the funds on your behalf.
- The bank is unable to reverse the wrong funds transfer without the consent of the recipient.
