How to deactivate eNets (D2Pay)

There are various channels which you may deactivate eNets (D2Pay) with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More at the bottom and under Transfer Settings select eNets (D2Pay) Transfer Limit.

Tap on Set Limit and select 0.

Step 4
Review your changes, tap Change Daily Limit Now to deactivate your eNets (D2Pay).

Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and under Services, click on Manage limits.

Scroll down to the bottom and select Terminate Service.

Under Payments, select d2pay and click Next.

Verify the details and click Confirm to deactivate your eNets(d2pay).
