Retrieval of Printed Account Statements

Retrieve a printed statement easily using digibank Online, Phone Banking or Video Teller Machine (VTM).

To retrieve a printed copy of your account statement, simply request via any of the following channels. Statement retrieval can take up to 5 working days.

digibank Online
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Request and click on Printed Past Account Statement.
  • Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
  • Choose your Debiting Account.
  • Select the Account and Period you wish to request statement for.
  • Provide Authorisation and click Next followed by Submit.

There will be charges applicable for retrieval of printed past documents/statements:
  • Within 1 year from today - S$20 per copy/month.
  • Between 1 to 3 years from today - S$30 per copy/month.
  • More than 3 years from today - S$50 per copy/month.

Phone Banking
  • Dial 1800 111 1111 (from Singapore) or (+65) 6327 2265 (from Overseas).
  • For a menu in English Press 1, for Mandarin Press 2.
  • Enter your NRIC, Debit or Credit Card Number or your Phone Banking UID followed by # to proceed.
  • Enter your Phone Banking PIN followed by # to proceed.
  • Select Deposit Account Related Services.
  • Press 1 for Account Balance(s).
  • Press 3 for Account Statement Request.
    • Press 1 for Latest statement.
    • Press 2 for Past 1 month.
    • Press 3 for Past 2 months.
  • Press 1 to Confirm or 2 to Cancel your request.

Note:
  • There will be charges applicable for retrieval of printed past documents/statements:
    • Within 1 year from today - S$20 per copy/month.
    • Between 1 to 3 years from today - S$30 per copy/mont.
    • More than 3 years from today - S$50 per copy/month.


  • Don't have Phone Banking?

    Simply apply via our ATMs, Branches or mail in this Application Form!

Video Teller Machine (VTM)
  • Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Select Other Transactions, an Officer will be connected to assist you to retrieve your printed account statements.
  • Collect your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card before you leave our Video Teller Machine (VTM).

There will be charges applicable for retrieval of printed past documents/statements:
  • Within 1 year from today - S$20 per copy/month.
  • Between 1 to 3 years from today - S$30 per copy/month.
  • More than 3 years from today - S$50 per copy/month.
