How do I read my statement?

[ 1, 2, 3, 4 ] Statement Summary

1. Statement Date: Statement date will recur on the same day of every month month unless it falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, in that case, your statement may printed earlier.

2. Credit Limit: This indicates the total credit limit across all the cards you own including supplementary credit card(s).

3. Minimum Payment: Minimum payment indicates the smallest amount payable before the due date. Please note that you can avoid finance charges by making a full payment before your next Statement Date.

How is my Minimum Payment amount Calculated?
Minimum payment amount is calculated at 3% of your statement balance (or S$50, whichever is greater) plus any amount that is carried forward from the previous bill.

4. Payment Due Date: If the minimum payment amout is not paid for by the due date indicated, late fees will be charged accordingly. Payment due date will be reflected as “Immediate” if no minimum payment was made for the previous statement.

[ 5 ] Previous Month's Outstanding Balance

The sample above displays the outstanding balance from the previous statement (if applicable) and the total payment received from your previous statement up till the current month's statement date for the particular card.

[ 6 ] Sub-total and Total Amount Due

SubTotal: Total amount charged for the particular billing cycle only

Total: Total outstanding amount on that particular credit card

[ 7 ] Instalment Plans Summary

This segment indicates the details of the instalment plans you are currently financing through this credit card.

[ 8, 9, 10 ] Where can I find the number of DBS Points I have earned?

Balance As of Last Statement: Total points available from your previous statement

Earned/Adjusted: Total points earned or credited to the credit card(s) from your previous statement to the current statement.
Points that you have earned from more recent transactions (ie. unposted transactions) may not be reflected yet.

Expiring on DDMMYYYY: Total number of point that will be expiring soon.

[ 11, 12, 13 ] Where can I find the amount of Rebates I have earned?

Balance As of Last Statement: Total rebates earned and available as of your previous statement.

Daily$ earned/adjusted: Total rebates earned or credited from your previous statement to the current statement.
Rebates that you have earned from more recent transactions (ie. unposted transactions) may not be reflected yet.

Daily$ redeemed/adjusted: Total rebates redeemed or debited from your previous statement to the current statement.
Do note that any previously earned rebates returned due to merchant refund or transaction(s) converted into instalment payment plans will be reflected here as well.
