Important information

  • Fee waiver request is only accepted via the auto-mated system.

How to Waive Credit Card / Cashline Fees & Charges

There are various channels which you may waive Credit Card / Cashline Fees & Charges with us. The most convenient method would be via DBS digibot.

Click on located at the bottom right.

Type Fee Waiver into the chat.

Tap on Fee Waiver followed by Authenticate me.

Complete the authentication using either your iBanking Login or Card & PIN.

Select Credit Cards Fee Waiver.

Step 6
Select the Credit Card account followed by the fee transactions to be waived.

Review and Confirm the details and tap on Submit.

Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.

Under Message Icon on the top right, click on Compose.

Complete the Authentication Process.

For Topic, select Credit Cards.
For Subject, select Fee Waiver.
Select the Credit Card which you wish to request for waiver.
Select the Type of Fee Waiver you wish to apply for.
Click Send.

Your request had been submitted for processing.

Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.

Under Message Iconon the top right, click on Compose.

Complete the Authentication Process.

For Topic, select Cashline.
For Subject, select Fee Waiver.
Select the Cashline and check the box for Type of Fee Waiver you wish to request for waiver.
Click Send.

Your request had been submitted for processing.
  • Dial 1800 111 1111 (from Singapore) or (+65) 6327 2265 (from Overseas).
  • For English menu, press 1. For Mandarin menu, press 2.
  • Hold on the line until you are prompted to enter your NRIC / Debit Card no. / Credit Card no. or Phone Banking User ID.
  • Enter your Phone Banking PIN. If you don’t have a Phone Banking PIN, press 1.
  • Press 2 for Fee Waiver Request.
  • Press 1 for Credit Card Fee Waiver or Press 2 for Cashline Fee Waiver.
*Bank will review your waiver eligibility and an SMS will be sent to your registered handphone number within 3 working days.

More information

  • An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number on the status of your waiver request by the next day.
