Waive Credit Card / Cashline Fees & Charges
Waive your Annual Fees, Finance or Late charges simply by submitting your request via our Digital Services.

- *Alternatively, you may request for a waiver via phone banking.
- Dial 1800 111 1111 (from Singapore) or (+65) 6327 2265 (from Overseas).
- For English menu, hold for 3 seconds. For Mandarin menu, press 2.
- Enter your NRIC / Debit Card no. / Credit Card no. or Phone Banking User ID.
- Enter your Phone Banking PIN. If you don’t have a Phone Banking PIN, press 1.
- Press 7 for our Fee Waiver Menu followed by Press 1 for Credit Card or Cashline Fee Waiver.
- Press 1 for Credit Card Fee Waiver or Press 2 for Cashline Fee Waiver.
- Enter your respective Credit Card / Cashline Account no. with charges levied.
- Select the relevant Fee Waiver Option to submit your request.
