With impersonation scams on the rise, it can be tricky to tell if a call is real or a scam. With Customer Call Verification, we have an added layer of security that helps you verify the authenticity of any call claiming to be from DBS/POSB with your digibank app.

How do I verify that this call verification request is indeed from the bank?
With scams on the rise, this call verification is an extra layer of security to keep you safe. A push notification will be sent via your DBS/POSB digibank app, for you to approve before proceeding with the call.

I did not receive the push note for call verification. What do I do next?
Please tap on your DBS/POSB digibank app and then tap on Digital Token. You will see a prompt to verify the call made to you by our Bank officer.
Do I need digital token to approve the call verification?
Yes. Log in to digibank using your registered device. The approval screen should appear on your phone for your action.
I am a hard token user, can I approve the call verification?
We currently do not offer this feature to physical token users, but we are working towards it. In the meantime, you may opt to register your digital token on your DBS/POSB digibank app.
What happens if I reject the call verification?
If you reject the call verification, it means you have decided to decline the call and not proceed further.
