Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap More at the bottom, under Apply select CardCare/CashCare.

Read the product information and tap Continue.

Step 4
Select the Protector Plan that you wish to sign up for and tap Next.

Step 5
Review your application details and tap Submit.

Step 6
You have successfully applied for CardCare/ CashCare Protector.

• Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.
• Complete the Authentication Process.
• Click Apply on the top menu and select Credit Cards.
• Select Card Services tab, under CardCare / CashCare Protector, click on Apply now.
• Read through the information and click Start.
• Select Protector Plan type and click Next.
• Verify your application details and click Submit.
