Documents Required for Cashline Application
For online application, you will need to upload photos or scanned copies of the required documents.
Depending on the nature of your job, kindly prepare the following documents for submission online:
- A copy of NRIC (Front & Back); and
- Latest computerised payslip or
- Latest 3 months’ salary crediting bank statements; or
- Latest 3 months’ CPF Contribution History Statement or
- Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment* with either (b) or (c) or (d)
- A copy of NRIC (Front & Back); and
- Latest 1 Year Income Tax Notice of Assessment*

- *You can now print your Income Tax Notice of Assessment at myTax Portal with your Singpass or IRAS PIN. The service is free. Log on to https://mytax.iras.gov.sg for more details.
- Income documents are not required on the condition that your salary is credited via GIRO, to your own Personal DBS/ POSB Account and for at least 3 consecutive months.
