How to check your Cashline transaction details

There are various channels which you may use to view your Cashline transaction details. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

You can now view up to past 6 months of your transaction history via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Under Home, tap on Loans and select the Cashline Account that you wish to view.

Step 3
You may now view up to Past 6 Months of Transaction History.

Step 4
Tap on your transaction to view more details.

Step 5
Details of your transaction will be displayed.
(You may retrieve useful transaction information such as the amount, account number, transaction type and posted date on this page!)

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Cashline, select the Cashline Account that you wish to check on.

Step 4
By default, your current month's statement transaction(s) will be displayed. You may now view up to Past 6 Months of Transaction History or pending/declined transactions under the Unbilled tab.
