Repay home loan partially / fully using CPF funds

Learn how you can use CPF funds to partially or fully repay your home loan.

Visit CPF Website and login with your Singpass.
Click on Tools and services at the top of the page and select Forms and e-application and scroll down to Home ownership.
Click onto Manage CPF usage for your home and select Apply online under Make a full or partial housing loan payment.
Select your property under Property Details and click Next.
Select Make Lump Sum Payment (for partial repayment) or Repay Housing Loan Fully (for full repayment) and click Next.
Click Start and complete the following:
- Financier: DBS Bank Ltd
- Amount: Key in your CPF repayment amount
- Deduction Date: Indicate the deduction date as 3 working days before the payment date of your full/ partial repayment request
For full repayment, you will be required to upload the full redemption statement and legal bill (if applicable).
Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your declaration, then click Next.
Review and confirm that the information you have provided is correct then click Submit.
