Can I change my user ID?
Your user ID is system generated. You will not be able to change it.
Why am I automatically logged out of the secure trading site?
If there is no activity for a period of 60 minutes while you are logged into our secured trading site, you will be automatically logged out. To enter the trading platform again, you will have to re-login.
What should I do if my online account is disabled after too many unsuccessful login attempts?
Online access to your DBS Vickers online trading account will be blocked after 5 unsuccessful log in attempts. Please call our Customer Service Line at (65) 6327 2288 for assistance. After verifying your identity, our Investment associates will resend a new password to you.
What if I have lost or forgotten my user ID and/or Password?

If you've forgotten or misplaced your online trading account user ID and/or password, please call our Customer Service Line at (65) 6327 2288 for assistance.

If you have forgotten your iBanking User ID/PIN, you may reset your iBanking User ID/PIN at the iBanking log in page or at the ATM.

I suspect that my password has been tampered with. What should I do?

For online trading account, please call our Customer Service Line at (65) 6327 2288 to report the incident. We will terminate your password and issue a new password immediately.

For DBS/POSB iBanking, please call DBS hotline at 1800-111 1111 (or 65-6327 2265 from overseas) to terminate the PIN immediately.
