General FAQs

1. How do I change my address?

   You can update your address with DBS Bank by using the “Update Mailing Address” service, which can be found under the “Preferences” drop down menu.

2. Can my mailing address and residential address be different?

   Yes. Simply fill in the postal code of whichever address you would like to update in order to stay connected with us.

3. How long will this update take?

   Your mailing address will be updated between 1 to 4 working days, depending on the accounts that you hold with the Bank. Should we have any clarifications – the Bank will contact you within 2 working days from the effective date stated. Please ensure that your contact details are also updated by clicking on the “Update Personal and Contact Details” service, which can also be found under the “Preferences” menu.
