  2. Eligible customers will be entitled to:

  3. Only commercial/industrial (non-HDB/JTC) strata titled units are eligible as security for a loan application under this Promotion. The property to be mortgaged to the Bank must not be used to secure any other credit facilities other than the property loan in this application.
  4. To qualify, all loan applications (and supporting documents) must be duly completed and submitted via DBS Website Online Loan Application by 31 March 2017 and is subject to a minimum loan amount of S$250,000 and a maximum cap of S$2,000,000.
  5. Customers must satisfy DBS’ credit assessment for property term loans. A loan application does not constitute and shall not be construed in any way as any commitment by the Bank whatsoever to enter into or offer, or continue to enter into or offer, any financing arrangement.
  6. To qualify, all loan applications must be submitted by customers of the Bank who intend to apply for a loan under this Promotion. Submissions by third party agents will not be eligible under this Promotion.
  7. The Bank may vary the terms and conditions or discontinue this Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
  8. The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion and any loan application shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the customer.
  9. These terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.

What type of interest rates do you offer?

Will your valuation of the property and purchase price differ?

We appoint an independent appraiser to assess the market value of the property. If the valuation is lower than your purchase price, you’ll have to top up the difference before we give you the loan amount.

Why should I refinance?

Refinancing with DBS could reduce the cost of your instalment payments, however you may be liable for an early repayment fee. There are also other costs associated with refinancing to be considered, such as valuation and legal fees.
