View your active GIRO arrangements easily using digibank online.

How to view GIRO arrangements

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and select Pay bills & cards.

On the top nagivation bar, swipe right to Scheduled payment. Tap on Recurring and select the billing organisation that you wish to view.

Your Billing Details will be displayed.

  • Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Click on Pay and transfer on the top menu. Under Services, select Pay bills and cards.
  • Click on Scheduled payments and select Recurring.
  • Click on the kebab icon (⋮) located on the right of the billing organisation that you would like to remove and select View details.
  • Your Billing Details will be displayed.
