How to deregister my child's PayNow

  • Step 1: Click here to launch digibot.
  • Step 2: Click on Yes to proceed.
  • Step 3: Authenticate yourself using Internet Banking login or ATM Card + PIN.
  • Step 4: Select Deregister my child's PayNow.
  • Step 5: Select the bank account you wish to link your child’s NRIC/FIN to.
  • Step 6: Confirm if the NRIC/FIN displayed is the child you wish to deregister for.
  • Step 7: Your child’s deregistration status will be shown on screen.

No, your child may now apply for digibank and continue to use PayNow service. 
However, if you need to cancel your Child’s PayNow Service, you may do so with the following steps.
Yes, certainly! After cancellation, your child is able to apply for PayNow again.
Once you receive your blue NRIC, please proceed to the nearest DBS/POSB branch to update your NRIC in the bank's records. During the update process, your FIN Proxy will be de-registered from PayNow and your NRIC will become eligible for registration.

You can subsequently register your NRIC as a PayNow Proxy, via DBS iBanking, iWealth or your digibank App.
