De-enrol to eStatements and eAdvices

You may de-enrol from eStatements or eAdvices via digibank online and you will start receiving paper statements or advices from the following month onwards.

How to de-enrol to eStatements and eAdvices

Step 1
Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Home, scroll down under eDocuments and click on Manage.

Step 4
Toggle the switch off of your preferred statement(s) to receive printed statement(s).

Step 5
Select a reason to de-enrol your estatement, verify your address and click Switch now.

Step 6
You have de-enrolled your estatement successfully.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Home, scroll down under eDocuments and click on Manage.

Click on Payment eAdvices to de-enrol eAdvices for Telegraphic Transfers, MEPs or Account transfers.

Step 5
Toggle the switch off of your preferred account(s) to de-enrol for eAdvices.

Step 6
Click Yes to confirm the de-enrollment request.

Step 7
You have de-enrolled eAdvice for your account(s) successfully.

More information

  • Notifications will be sent when your eAdvices/eStatements is ready for viewing or when you opt-in and/or opt-out of eAdvices/eStatements.
    Note: SMS notification is not available for eAdvice.
  • Upon opt-out for eAdvice/eStatement, you will receive paper-based statements via mail from the next valid transaction/statement cycle onwards.
